No, her friend has a different pair of shoes that she really likes and she decides that she wants a pair also. So that emptiness has returned. As the business owner, you want to make sure that you are the one to continually fill that emptiness. To do this you must build a relationship with that customer so that when that emptiness needs to be filled, your business is there to fill the need, they know it; they know you and they will come to you. Is planning an expensive, elaborate wedding appropriate for a person who is barely getting by and survives on a tight, modest income? One thing about the holidays though is while we get the chance to see our families again; one thing we dont account for is the weight one often gains from the holiday feast.
